Terms and Conditions of sale.

A1 : Activities and services covered by the following  G S C (General Sales conditions)

Cultural tours offered by « PARIS KID », described on the  « PARIS KID » Internet site or brochure, are subject to the present G.S.C.  

A2 : Public concerned :

Children between the ages of  six (6) and twelve (12) years old.

A3 : Service hours and duration of tours :

An average tour lasts from 2 to 3 hours,  morning or afternoon,  according to the availability of  visited sites. Time tables vary according to the opening hours of the sites concerned. (These can be checked by consulting their Internet sites).

A4 : Group composition :
Groups are made up of 3 (minimum) to 5 (maximum) children supervised by an accompanying adult (staff of P K firm ). Exceptionally groups can grow up to 7 children insofar as tours can be conducted in an orderly fashion.

A5 : Prices :
Prices for the different cultural tours are given on the P K Internet site. Price reductions are offered for groups of children of the same family.

A6 : Booking and price conditions :
Tour reservations are considered as definitely settled after receipt of the total payment.

A7 : Cancelling conditions :
By the client : Whatever may be the client’s reason to cancel the tour, « Paris Kid » considers that it has no obligation to pay back.
By Paris Kid : Should « Paris Kid » cancel the tour, PK will refund money paid.
Should independent causes (strikes, bad weather, cultural site closed, …) oblige PK to cancel the tour, Paris Kid will endeavour to offer an equivalent tour, without obligation of     acceptance by the client. Should the client not accept this offer, Paris Kid will reimburse money paid.

A8 : Tour organisation :
The choice of meeting place, date and hour,  will be specified for each tour.
In case of clients arriving too late at the agreed rendez – vous, P-K may have to cancel the tour and not refund money paid.
